Packages & Pricing

 

Initial Consultation Fee:

 

 

$300–$400 per hour (two-hour minimum): Includes a tailored design consultation at your venue, during which we assess thematic options, spatial configurations, and bespoke aesthetic solutions.

Off-Site Design Consultation

For clients requiring expert decor advisement without on-site implementation, this package delivers a structured decor blueprint and installation guidelines based on your venue specifications.

This option is designed for clients who seek a sophisticated design framework but prefer independent implementation. We provide a comprehensive, custom-built blueprint for seamless execution by your team.

  • Consultation Base Rate: $350 per hour

  • Design Development Fee: $250 per hour

  • Total Package Rate: $600 per hour

Deliverables:

  • Advanced Theme and Color Scheme Development

  • Preliminary Conceptual Planning and Spatial Assessment

  • Luxury-Standard Blueprint and Schematic Creation

  • Advisory on Vendor Selection and Coordination

Engineered for clients requiring a fully developed design framework, this package furnishes a detailed, cohesive blueprint for autonomous implementation.

  • Starting Rate: $1,200 per hour

  • Color Scheme Curation & Aesthetic Integration: Guidance on color application across decor elements to achieve a harmonized look.

  • Logistics and Cost Management Strategy: Budget-focused planning with solutions for anticipated logistical challenges.

  • Blueprints and Setup Protocols: Custom layout blueprints and procedural setup instructions.

Note: Our oversight is limited to design compliance and alignment; setup and installation are not included.

 

 

On-Site Event Design Service

Our on-site service provides direct, real-time oversight to ensure flawless alignment with the design vision, from installation through live adjustments.

  • Starting at $1,500 per hour (4-hour minimum)

  • Advanced Theme, Color, and Spatial Planning

  • Full-Day Premium Rate: Discounted rates for bookings over 8 hours.

  • Travel & Lodging Fees: Applicable for events outside primary service areas.

Our comprehensive service package provides end-to-end event design and management, covering the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event debrief.

  • Base Rate: $30,000 (Custom Quote Available)

 

Package Scope:

  • Complete Theme and Vision Development: Structured design workshops to define a customized thematic and aesthetic vision.

  • Mockups and Visual Renderings: High-fidelity previews of the intended spatial layout and decor scheme.

  • Elite Vendor Sourcing & Logistics Coordination: Access to a vetted network of premium vendors, fully managed to align with project timelines and thematic requirements.

  • On-Site Coordination & Creative Oversight: Our team manages setup execution while I oversee creative alignment.

  • Tailored Decor Installations and Guest Experience Enhancements: Custom features such as floral installations, lighting design, and specialized decor elements to elevate the guest experience.

  • Post-Event Review & Feedback Session: Comprehensive debrief to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any post-event requirements.

 

Note: Our service encompasses on-site decor and design management; dismantling and post-event clearance are outside the scope of this package.
